A Night at the Old Town School comes to Woodstock folk venue
WOODSTOCK IL - Off Square Music presents, "A Night at the Old Town School," Saturday, April 20, 8:00 pm at the Unity Spiritual Center, 225 Calhoun Street. The concert features Old Town School of Folk Music faculty artists Mark Dvorak and Christopher Walz in a special concert celebrating the songs, stories and legacy of the venerable Chicago arts institution.
"This concert represents a little bit of a departure for our series," said Off Square Music director Keith Johnson. "We wanted to invite Mark back for a special concert centered around the music and history of the Old Town School, and when I approached him about the concept, we both agreed that Chris Walz would be a perfect addition to the evening. Both Mark and Chris are integral members of the school, and we look forward to their performance."
