“Having pulled off our first ‘On Your Radar’ in June,” said host John Platt who has spent more than fifty years in broadcasting, “we’re tossing caution to the wind and trying it again in July with a far-flung lineup.

“Each will perform for thirty minutes, and we’ll have time for a little Q & A too.” Last month we had more than two-thousand views. We’re looking forward to this very special virtual presentation.”

“On Your Radar” is a monthly showcase for emerging artists at Rockwood Music Hall in New York City. The showcase moved online with COVID-19 shelter-in-place order.

Tragedy Ann is a forward-looking folk duo from Guelph, Ontario. With intimacy and care, Live Cazzola and Braden Phelan favor a flashlight over a spotlight in songs for community, nature and hardworking hospital staff.

Braiding organic vocal harmonies with accordion, singing saw, guitars and ukulele, Tragedy Ann’s arrangements are as delicate as they are driving. Learn more at www.tragedyannmusic.com.

Dvorak has recored eighteen albums including the recent Let Love Go On, and has won awards for journalism, children’s music, and in 2013 received the FARM Lantern Bearer Award from Folk Alliance International. Learn more about Mark Dvorak at www.markdvorak.com.
