Meder has released several CDs of original music.

"I found myself hanging around at the Old Town School of Folk Music in Chicago. I enrolled in different classes, and met some fantastic, musical people. The experience helped focus my writing and performing."

"I admire Walt and the way he approaches his music," said Dvorak, who's performing career began at Downers Grove's renown Two Way Street Coffee House in 1982. "Music is a journey of discovery, and It's refreshing to work with people like Walt who are excited about the music they are making and the work they are engaged in."

Dvorak recently published his first book of essays and poetry, Bowling for Christmas and Other Tales from the Road. In 2012 WFMT 98.7 fm named Dvorak "Chicago's Troubadour," and he has released sixteen CDs of traditional and original material including, Time Ain't Got Nothin' On Me, released on the Waterbug label.

There is no cover charge but donations will be accepted. More information on Walt Meder here. Visit Mark Dvorak on the web at Phone Caribou Coffee at 630 963 4122.
